About me & contact
Hi, I’m Henry
Henry C. Weismann IV: technologist, ponderer and systems builder, exploring spirit, mind and shadow work, and designing real pathways out of need.
Who I am
Two worlds, one mission
For more than two decades I’ve led small-business technology as a CTO, CEO and whatever other seat the moment needed, mostly through Weismann Web, my ecommerce and web development company. I build lean, cost-conscious systems that drive sales without driving up cost: shopping carts, marketing automation, hosting, and the PHP and web applications underneath. Turning a rough idea into a working first version is my favorite kind of magic.
I care deeply about where technology is taking us: AI, data rights and ownership, software bias, and decentralized, peer-to-peer, federated and anonymous systems that hand people back control of their own lives and information.
Alongside the tech, I’m a lifelong ponderer. I write and speak about spirit, self-discovery, shadow work, A Course in Miracles, Christ consciousness and the deeper scaffolding of inner growth, and I share poetry, spoken word and curated finds as @ponderinghenry.
My own journey through hard seasons, and back into a decade of building, is what drives my biggest work: The Tsiyon Grid, an ecosystem of recovery housing, mobility, communications and community support that gives people safe ground first, and open doors upward whenever they are ready, and New Earth Network, its gig work for good: people paid to help right where the need is. Home base is Boynton Beach, Florida, and you’ll sometimes find me in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York and Los Angeles.
In my own words
Welcome
I write about spirit, self-discovery, ponderings in futurism and navigating the deeper scaffolding of inner growth. Through reflections on shadow work, conflict resolution, and the mirrors that reveal our authentic selves, my work invites you to awaken your inner wisdom and starve the illusions that hold us back.
Grounding abstract insights into practical structures stems from my background in technology systems, letting me bridge logical framework design with subtle spiritual inquiry. Platforms that hold space for my works of passion: personal poetry, spoken word, curated spoken word and poetry, mixed media, works in futurism, personal visions of new earth that may or may not come into form, and long and short term blogs and vlogcasts on all things I endlessly ponder about and once in a while have something interesting to say.
